- The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office, plans to award a sole source procurement to CamoCam, Inc. 9610 Highway 135 NE, New Salisbury, IN 47161 to provide 2 EA System V Microsurveillence Camera System with DVR and associated accessories. The following accessories will be required: 1)PP900 Palm Programmer w/Cable: (2) Each. 2)SA900 Seismic Sensor: (2) Each. 3) IRL-1 Infrared Illuminator: (2) Each. 4)RPT-1 Remote Sensor Repeater: (2) Each. 5)LLC-1 Low Light Camera: (2) Each TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: GENERAL - Furnish a System V Micro Surveillance Camera System with DVR and associated accessories. DELIVERY: The units shall be prepared for shipment consistent with standard commercial practice and in a manner that will ensure arrival at the destination in a satisfactory condition and be acceptable to the carrier for safe transportation at the most economical rate. The Contractor may use its own practice providing it fulfills these requirements. The units shall be delivered to 14015 NE Airport Way, Portland, OR. SPECIFICATIONS - The surveillance camera system shall have sensors which utilize Chameleon Adaptive Threshold Sensing Technology, Sensor iCams proprietary algorithm. This acquisition is considered a Commercial Item. The NAICS code is 561621 size standard is $11.5 million. All parties who possess the capability to provide the listed items may submit a quote to the BLM referencing solicitation number L09PS00852, via fax (503)808-6312 or email: Andres_Arredondo@blm.gov by noon July 08, 2009, local time (PST). A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
