Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W912J7-09-T-0013 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The contractor shall provide all equipment, material, labor supervision, supplies and items necessary to support of the Idaho and Montana National Guards Annual Training (AT) to be conducted at Gowen Field Training Facility, Boise, Idaho for the following: The following line items are required for the RFQ, please provide the unit price and total price for each line item when submitting the quote: LINE ITEM 0001- Provide 1 (One) Each, tent to be utilized as a dining facility seating capability is 300 solders with 300 chairs (weight limit 220lbs or better), and 50 eight foot tables. The tent is to be approximately 4800 Square feet (60 X 80), fire extinguisher (Type C) with lights (illumination of 30 foot candle) at table height, raised wood floor, walls, at least two sets flapped doors, and generator, with optional cooling unit with generator priced separately. LINE ITEM 0002 Provide 10 (Ten) Each, 20 x 20 (400 SF) Tents, with fire extinguisher (Type C), walls, flapped doors, lighting, ventilation and generator.. LINE ITEM 0003 Provide 3 (Three) Each, 40 x 40 (1600 SF) Tents, with fire extinguisher (Type C), walls, 2 (two) sets flapped doors, lighting, ventilation and generator. The contractor must provide engineering to meet the following conditions: Tents must be able to with stand wind gusts of 60 70 mph. The surface the tents will erected on is cinder and compact soil. The average temperature is 80 to 100 degrees during the day and 40 degrees at night. Contractor is to have tents ready for occupancy on 17 July 2009 through 12 Aug, 2009. LINE ITEM 0004 Provided 24 (Twenty Four) Each, Light Sets, Telescopic. All Equipment provided must take commercial diesel fuel. The National Guard will provide fuel and personnel to refuel supplied equipment. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-33 (Effective 15 Jun 09). This procurement is being issued as unrestricted.
