- USDA - Natural Resources Conservation Service in Michigan is seeking a contractor to provide installation of overhead sectional doors and entry doors at the Rose Lake Plant Materials Center in East Lansing, Michigan. Pricing will need to include the doors, electric door openers, installation of doors and openers, weather seal for side and top of each door, all necessary track & installation hardware, any framing materials & labor for door openings, low headroom track, and torsion springs. Interested contractors may contact the Rose Lake Plant Materials Center at 517-641-6300 to schedule a site visit the week of July 6 through 10, 2009. All contractors must register with the Central Contractor's Registry (CCR) database at www.ccr.gov. The CCR Customer Assistance Center can be contacted at 888-227-2423. The first stop to registering is to obtain a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number. To register for a DUNS number please contact Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) at 866-705-5711. It behooves anyone who is submitting a quote to begin this process as soon as possible since it can take several days or longer to complete. Failure to register may cause a rejection of your offer.
