- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for commercial items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Request for Quote (RFQ) is N00189-09-T-G071. All vendors shall be registered in Central Contract Registration (http:www.ccr.gov) in order to receive an award. Payment under this requirement will be done electronically using Wide Area Work Flow (http://www.dla.mil/j-3/wawf/). The RFQ is attached below. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, tools, mobilization, transportation, and supervision necessary in the completion of the installation of the communications equipment and its associated maintenance as described within this document. The selected contractor shall provide a "turn-key" system solution. This turn-key approach should include hardware, and services. This includes design, installation and testing of the communications and antenna system at each facility. The work shall be executed in a manner and at such times, that it will cause the least practicable disturbance to the occupants of the quarters, buildings and normal activities of the NASO. Work shall be performed at the following locations Naval Weapons Station Earle, NJ; Naval Submarine Base, Groton, CT; Naval Station, Newport, RI
