Description

RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This procurement is a TASK ORDER TO AN EXISTING IDIQ CONTRACT FOR HVAC control system upgrade, cooling tower replacement, new base load chiller, new conservation opportunities, recommissioning of emergency power system, new day lighting monitoring and energy controls at the Sam M. Gibbons Federal Building in Tampa, Florida. This opportunity is only available to the current contract holder. This is not a request for quotations. The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry classification System (NAICS) code of 236220.
