Bill of Material Limited Source Brand Name Justification The U.S. General Services Administration intends to issue a Sole Source purchase order to Boxx Technologies for the items listed in the bill of materials below under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source." This request is not a notice for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. All information should be submitted via email to Tracey m. Burress at mildred.burress@gsa.gov. Responses must be submitted by COB July 9, 2009. All information submitted on or before this date will be considered by the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial (JUNE 2008) The offeror must complete the annual representations and certifications electronically via the ORCA website at http://orca.bpn.gov. After reviewing the ORCA database information, the offeror verifies by submission of this offer that the representations and certifications currently posted electronically at FAR 52.212-3 (JUNE 2009), Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, have been entered or updated in the last 12 months, are current, accurate, complete, and applicable to this solicitation (including business size standard applicable to the NAICS code referenced for this solicitation), as of the date of this offer and are incorporated in this offer by reference (see FAR 4.1201); FAR 52.212-4 (MAR 2009), Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. CCR Requirement - Company must be registered on Central Contractor Registration (CCR) before an award could be made to them. If company is not registered in CCR, they may do so by going to CCR web site at http://www.ccr.gov. The following FAR clauses in paragraph (b) of FAR clause 52.212-5 JUNE 2009), Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, will apply: 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-13, 52.232-34. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. FAR clause 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal (AUG 1999) also applies. In addition to providing pricing for this solicitation, each Offeror must provide any required NON-PRICING responses (e.g. technical proposal, Section 508 representations and NSA compliance (if applicable) certifications, etc.)) directly to mildred.burress@gsa.gov so that they are received at that email address no later than the closing date and time for this solicitation.
