- FSM GEOGRAPHIC MAP AREAS DRAFT PWS THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THIS IS A SOURCE SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. The U.S. Housing and Urban Development is performing market research to identify potential small businesses and HUBZone interested sources that have the skills and extensive experience in providing property maintenance and preservation services consisting of inspection of property, security of property, performance of cosmetic enhancement/repairs, and on-going maintenance for extensive geographical area locations. Attachment 1 is the draft Performance Work Statement. Attachment 2 is the draft FSM contracts by contract area within each HOC. Sources Sought Content: All written responses is requested to be limited to 20 pages (letter size) in length, single-spaced, 12 font minimum. Responding vendors shall submit capability statements that demonstrate extensive experience in providing property maintenance and preservation services for large geographical areas. In a two-page company profile to include Small Business Administration (SBA) business size classification, number of employees, Cage Code, DUN's number, customer base and a description of the company's past experience and performance. Provide a point of contact that can discuss the material submitted. Questions concerning this sources sought notice must be submitted via e-mail to the Contracting Officer at Claudia.S.Womble@hud.gov by July 17, 2009 10:00AM EST. Vendors shall e-mail your responses to this sources sought notice to Contracting Officer, Claudia S. Womble, by the date specified in this notice.
