- Description
- The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB NV will be soliciting proposals from HUB Zone businesses to complete project LKTC 09-1021, Install Back-Up Generator at Building 718, Creech AFB, NV. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, supervision, and all else necessary to Install Back-Up Generator at Building 718, Creech AFB. The work shall consist of the contractor transporting and installing a government furnished 350 KW generator and an Automatic Transfer Switch from Nellis AFB, NV to building 718, Creech AFB. The work includes construction of a concrete pad, approximately 6" thick, 15' long x 8' wide, and an estimated 80 ft of 3" conduit and diesel piping as well as constructing approximately 40 feet of split faced CMU wall to match (color and height) the existing CMU wall as ordered by the Contracting Officer. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000 with a period of performance of 60 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. The proposed contract type is firm fixed price. The applicable North American Industry Classification Sysyem (NAICS) codes for this project are 238140, 238190, and 237130), with a small business standard of $33.5 million. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued o/a 21-July-2009 and will be posted on http://www.fbo.gov. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be identified in the solicitation packages. No paper copies will be issued.
