Description

*** ESTIMATED ISSUE DATE OF THE SOLICITATION AND SPECIFICATIONS ELECTRONICALLY IN FEDBIZOPPS IS: JULY 20, 2009 *** This project consists of paving segments of the west end of Forest Service Road 3278, placement of shoulder rock and all roadway preparation that preceeds the paving, including reconditioning. Project length is approximately 1.65 miles. Project is located on the Central Coast Ranger District of the Siuslaw National Forest, Lane County, Oregon. The successful Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished), and incidentals to accomplish all work necessary. The Government estimate is between $100,00 and $250,000. The successful offeror shall be required to submit Performance and Payment Bonds (100% each) prior to start of work. Contract time is 77 calendar days. Estimated start work date is September 1, 2009. This solicitation is a Total HubZone set-aside. The solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpps on or about July 20, 2009. Proposals are due by close of business on August 20, 2009.
