- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Jacksonville, Florida intend to solicit Request for Quotation (RFQ) under the Commercial Item Test Program "Section 4202 of the Clinger Cohen Act of 1966, as implemented FAR 13.5: Providing Tri-Site Command Admin Support Services for NAS Jacksonville, NS Mayport and NSB Kings Bay, GA. Services to include: Reception and Telephone Assistance, Office Administration, Inter-Office Mail Services, Reports Management, Directives Management, Substitute Secretary Services, training, and travel orders support. The Service Provider (SP) shall be proficient in the use of word processing, mail processing, expense and financial transaction accounting, personal computers, printers, photo copiers, various electronic devices, software programs and local area networks (LANS), NMCI, and military personnel systems. The Service Provider (SP) shall manage the specified work effort to ensure fully adequate and timely completion of listed services and support. This function also includes a full range of management duties including, but not limited to; Planning, Scheduling, Report Preparation, Establishing and Maintain Records, Resolution of Customer Complaints, and Quality Control. The Service Provider (SP) shall provide adequate experience staff with the necessary management expertise to ensure performance of the work in accordance with sound and efficient management practices. The projected date for issuance of the solicitation is 21 JUL 2009. This procurement is Set-A-Side, Small Business @ 100%, NAICS 561110; Size STD $7.0 mil. The projected contract will consist of a base period and four (4) options (consisting of one year each).
