- Description, pictures and room layout of existing dishwasher. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SOLICITATION #: F5G3SS9182A001 This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request For Quotes NAICS: 333319 This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued on an unrestricted basis. SBA Size Standard: 500 employees Minneapolis-St Paul Air Reserve Station, Minneapolis, MN requires a contract for: CLIN 0001: Dishwasher, Commercial, Conveyor Type (1 ea); Manuals for Items (2 ea). • The quote must be for a complete system with a carousel and food disposal. • Installer shall completely remove and dispose of the old machine off-site, and any unneeded utility piping and connections. • Installer shall make all new utility connections to the new machine (exhaust ventilation, power, steam (if needed), potable water and waste water) and shall make any modifications to make the new connection(s). • Machine shall be fully functional at completion of installation. • All utility work shall be to the latest version of the International Plumbing Code and NEC. Machine Specifications • Base Material: Stainless Steel • Approximate Overall Length = 15 feet (Existing dishwasher). • Approximate Overall Width = 5 feet (Existing dishwasher). • Oval shaped with Doors Out (Existing dishwasher). Door interlock required on all doors. • Top mounted and easily accessible controls. • Standard Chamber Height • Rotation of Conveyor - Counterclockwise with 13 racks (Existing dishwasher). • Disposal = End mount with 5 foot trough and 25 feet of wash down hose (Existing dishwasher). • Automatic fill. • Cycles = Prewash, Powerwash, Rinse, Final Sanitizing Rinse and Dry. • Booster Heater = Low Pressure Steam is available. • Electrical = 208 3-phase, 32 amp (Existing dishwasher). • Connected to existing ventilation system. • The dining facility can serve up to 800 meals in a two hour span. • Dishwasher room dimensions: 14 feet by 23 feet, 10 inches. To ensure the machine you are quoting meets my customer's requirements, vendors please provide a copy of the machine specifications and functions with your price quote. Price should includes demolition of the old equipment, installation, shipping, handling and delivery to FOB destination which is the Minneapolis-St Paul Air Reserve Station, Minneapolis, MN 55450-2100. For additional information, please include on your price quote the number of days required to deliver after receipt of order. This is a firm fixed price type contract. The requirement will be solicited and evaluated under FAR 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Contract award will be made to the responsive offeror whose offer will result in the best value to the government, with technical capability, price and delivery being the considerations. All quotes shall include the following minimum information: Cage Code, Duns Number, Payment Terms, and/or Discount Terms, Offerors Reps and Certs, Point of Contact, Phone, Fax, Email and Proposed Delivery Schedule. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered.
