- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A BRAND NAME CONTRACT using simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 to procure Apec Coats and Jackets by the Washington Air National Guard, Fairchild AFB, Spokane, WA. The Government intends to award a brand name contract for above product to Envision Xpress. NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD BRAND NAME TO Envision using the simplified acquisition procedures. Only one responsible source and not other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements: Customer needed items in less than a week and Envision had them in stock.
