- The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Cypress Media, Inc. d/b/a The Kansas City Star for classified advertising for the Kansas City, MO, area. The period of performance will be from award through November 3, 2009. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 511110. This is not a request for competitive proposals and NO solicitation will be available. However, the Government will consider all proposals and capability statements received within five (5) days after the publication of this notice. Capability statements shall include pricing. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
