- PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE ANNOUNCEMENT TO ASCERTAIN WEBSITE ADDRESS TO DOWNLOAD PROJECT DOCUMENTS AND PROJECT DETAILS. Paper copies of the solicitation shall not be issued but electronic copies of the solicitation will be available to download on the National Business Center website (http://ideasec.nbc.gov) without further notice on or about July 22, 2009. This project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform surface preparation and painting of approximately 8,500 square feet of exterior surfaces of the House, Barn, Office, and Shed at the Frederick Law Olmsted National Historic Site, Brookline, MA. A site visit will be necessary for accurate estimation of the conditions of this project; information for the site visit will be set forth in the project documents. Construction performance period is 60 calendar days. Estimated construction range: Between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS code 238320, $14.0 million. This solicitation is subject to P.L. 100-656 Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is subject to full and open competition.
