Description

The work to be performed under this contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation, and supervision necessary to replace approximately 306 T12 fluorescent lighting fixtures with new high efficiency T8 fluorescent lighting fixtures at the USDA, ARS, South Central Agricultural Research Laboratory in Lane, Oklahoma. All interested responsible sources may submit proposals. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238210 and the small business size standard is $14million. Pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program competition will be on an unrestricted basis. Magnitude of proposed construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. The complete solicitation package will be posted on the FedBizOpps Website: http://www.fbo.gov on or about 07/10/2009. The contract performance period is 45 days from the Notice to Proceed. All interested parties are responsible for monitoring this website to ensure they have the most current information (i.e. Amendments) for the solicitation. No paper solicitation will be available.
