- THIS SYNOPSIS IS PUBLISHED FOR SUBCONTRACTING PURPOSES ONLY. AN AWARD NOTIFICATION SHALL BE PUBLISHED FOR SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITIES. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL REWORK, AS WELL AS SUPPLY MANPOWER, EQUIPMENT, AND OTHER SUPPLIES NECESSARY TO CONDUCT LOAD, ASSEMBLE, AND PACK (LAP) OF SUBJECT PROJECTILE AT IOWA AAP. THE CONSIDERATION OF OFFERS FOR THIS REQUIREMENT SHALL BE RESTRICTED TO AMERICAN ORDNANCE LLC (AO). THE AUTHORITY FOR RESTRICTING COMPETITION TO AMERICAN ORDNANCE LLC SHALL BE 10 USC 2304(C)(1), ONLY ONE RESPONSIBLE SOURCE.
