- STATEMENT OF WORKUP GRADE ELECTRICAL BOXESINSTALL LIGHT FIXTURES IN BASEMENT OF BUILDING 278 The following work to be provided for: Riverside Indian School (RIS) 101 Riverside Drive, 1 ? miles north of CityAnadarko, Oklahoma 73005 Purpose: The contractor will be hired to up-date electrical boxes in one building; and install light fixtures in the basement of one building. Location: Riverside Indian School CampusBuilding 278 (Plot Plan attached) Description of Work: Trouble-shoot and up-date or replace existing electrical panel box(s). Recommend wattage, voltage, amperage, etc., size, type, style and numbers of light fixtures and install light fixtures in basement as follows: Open area of basementStairway from first floor to basementGirls' restroomBoys' restroom The First Floor Plan and Basement Floor Plan are attached. Conditions: All work shall be coordinated with the Facility Manager or his authorized representative and meet building code regulations. Performance Period: Contractor will complete all work within 30 days from issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP). The Government expects to have a contract awarded and work to be completed no later than August 31, 2009. Payment: Invoices will be processed as outlined in FAR Clause 52.232-16, Progress Payments. Invoices will be submitted to address shown in Item 27 of the SF-1442. The Facility Manager for Riverside Indian School will be responsible for verification of the work completed. Method of payment will be by electronic funds transmittal.
