- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Rolls Royce North America for the procurement of ONE UNIT of EACH of the following: Nomenclature Part Number Fixture, Assy GrindingS3S92498000 Fixture, Set InspectionS3S92499000 Fixture, Assy Grinding S3S92500000 Fixture, Set InspectionS3S92501000 Fixture, Assy GrindingS3S92502000 Fixture, Set InspectionS3S92503000 Fixture, Assy GrindingS3S92504000 Fixture, Set InspectionS3S92505000 The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own current data, drawings or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
