- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a Cost Plus Fixed Fee Order under the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-05-G-0008 to Raytheon Technical Services Company (RTSC). This order will provide for LAU-7 Depot level repair of 283 LAU-7 Units, as well as applicable technical data and training. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Unless stated herein, no additional information is available. Requests for the same will be disregarded. A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government. GENERAL INFORMATION: RTSC is the only approved source for Depot Level Repair on the LAU-7 Missile Launchers. Accordingly, Raytheon is the only known qualified, responsible source that can fulfill the requirements specified herein. There is no commitment by the Government to make an award, or be responsible for any money expended by interested parties before award of a contract for the effort described above.
