- Solicitation GS06P09GXD0034, Indoor Firing Range Cleaning and Preventative Maintenance, Charles E. Whitaker U.S. Courthouse - 400 E. 9th Street, Kansas City, Missouri, Thomas F. Eagleton U.S. Courthouse - 111 S. 10th Street, St. Louis, Missouri, Roman L. Hruska U.S. Courthouse S. 18th Plaza, Omaha, Nebraska will be issued on or around July 28, 2009. Request for Proposals will be due approximately 30 days after, on or about August 28, 2009. The contract is anticipated to include a one-year base period, with four additional one-year option periods. Total duration not to exceed five years. Brief description of services to be performed - cleaning of lead contamination on ceilings, walls, and other surfaces, Cleaning of firing range and bullet trap areas, Inspection of firing range ventilation system and other services. Actual bid location and time will be denoted on solicitation once determined. This procurement is set aside for small business participation only.
