FUNCTION: damper is to dampen the control tab flutter of aircraftrudder it consists of its own reseroir oan hydraulic fluid to absorb shockor flutter of rudder surface. MATL: aluminum steel. Quantity Range: 4 eaApplicable to: E-3AMC: 1GDestn: FMS Country HISTORY: Last purchase was December 1989 to unspecified company. Unit pricewas <$3000.00 for a quantity of 27. REQUIREMENT: This requirements will be acquired using Boeing Rights Guardprovisions. Additionally this requirement falls under First Articlerequirements. Award will bemade only if the offeror, the product, or the manufacturer meetsqualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FARclause 52.209-1.
