- Description
- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the National Center for Injury Prevention and Control, will be issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to examine the relationship between alcohol policies and violence. This will be done by conducting statistical analysis of previously collected national survey data and publicly available data on alcohol policy at the state level. The solicitation number for this procurement is 2009-Q-11282. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541720. The resultant award is expected to be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a period of performance of 18 months. This requirement is being procured as a competitive total small business set-aside. Only small businesses under NAICS code 541720 are eligible to compete for this acquisition. The RFP is anticipated for release on or about July 21, 2009. Interested parties must respond to the RFP in order to be considered for award of any resultant contract. All responsible sources may submit proposals which shall be considered by the agency. No bidder's list will be maintained. Notifications will not be sent to offerors regarding the issuance of the solicitation nor any of its amendments. It is the offerors' responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps for release of this acquisition and any amendments.
