- The Naval Inventory Control Point is soliciting for a Repair Long Term Contract with a 1 year base period and 4 option years. The estimated dollar value of $1,431,420.00. This LTC will provide coverage for 2 components used to support the CH-53E aircraft. Items are as follows: Actuator, Elecrto-M, NSN 7RE 1680-01-396-0652 LU, P/N 117000-3- Actuator Blade Posi, NSN 7RE 1680-01-285-4657 LU, P/N 117000-2. Eation Corporation (17472) is located in Grand Rapids, MI, is the Original Equipment Manufacturer and the only known source to possess full repair capability. Complete data, drawings and the rights to the same are not available from the government. The subject items require government source approval prior to contract award, as the items are considered flight critical and the technical data package is not available. Only the source(s) previously approved by the government for this item have been solicited. The time required approval for a new source is normally such that an award can not be delayed pending approval of a new source.
