- Spangdahlem Air Base intends to award a firm fixed price requirements type contract for Maintenance of Military Family Housing (MFH) at Spangdahlem Air Base, Bitburg and Government Leased Housing (GLH) at Binsfeld and Speicher, Germany. The proposed contract entails an estimated annual total amount of 295 units for services. Maintenance Services include: interior cleaning of apartments, stairwell and common area cleaning, interior painting, carpet cleaning and floor maintenance. The anticipated contract start date is 1 October 2009. Contract duration: basic year and one one option year. ATTENTION: RESPONSE DATE: 31 JULY 2009, 1100 HOURS A.M. LOCAL TIME (GERMANY)
