- This is a noncompetitive acquisition to Lockheed, Marietta GA, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other suppliers or services will satisfy agency requirements. The acquisition is for the purchase of the Fairing Assembly, NSN 1560-00-255-2792LG, p/n: 391380-57. The required quantity is 2 ea in support of foreign military sales. The required delivery schedule is 180 days after receipt of contract. No paper copies will be mailed. The Government does not have data rights, or manufacturing knowledge to permit acquisition from other sources. All potential offerors should contact the buyer identified above for additional information and to communicate concerns, if any concerning this acquisition. See NOTE 22
