- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested for request for quote. Solicitation number F1U3C99147AU01 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns and is under North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code 333911, with number of employees not to exceed 500. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to furnish the following or equal to Eielson AFB, AK. Specifications for substitute items must be submitted with proposals for technical review and acceptance. 0001 - Coalescer Element,.3 micron #VFII-63887TB or equal (224 EA). 0002 - Coalescer Element,.3 micron #VFII - 64487TB or equal (128 EA). 0003 - Coalescer Element,.4 micron #VFII-644A4TB qualified to 4th and 5th edition for M100 fuel, or equal (102 EA). 0004 - Coalescer Emement,.4 micron #VFII-638A4TB qualified to 4th and 5th edition for M100 fuel, or equal (70 EA). F.O.B. DESTINATION IS TO EIELSON AFB, AK (End description). Quotes must be submitted and received no later than 17 July 09 at 4:30pm Alaska Daylight Time. Quotes may be e-mailed or faxed to 907-377-2389 to the attention of primary P.O.C.s listed below.
