- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) on behalf of the Department of Defense, Office of Inspector General intends to award a sole source purchase order to Softchoice Corporation, 314 W Superior Street, Ste 402, Chicago, IL 60610-3538, an authorized representative for Numara Software, Inc. The contractor shall provide Numara Footprints service desk management software version 9. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate the required services with only one source iaw FAR, Part 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all capability statements of no more than 10 pages received by 10:00 a.m., 13 Jul 2009. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
