Description
This notice is being posted as an avenue to provide Request for Proposals W912HN-09-R-0097. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.202 (a) (13), Exceptions to publicizing contract actions, there will not be a pre-solicitation notice posted for this required action. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This solicitation is reserved exclusively for small business concerns. The solicitation number is W912HN-09-R-0097, and the solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The NAICS code is 327390 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32. Description of Requirement: The Wilmington District of the Army Corp of Engineers requests the procurement of four (4) Shower House/Restroom facilities. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and services, to deliver and completely install four shower house/restrooms at North Bend Campground, John H Kerr Lake, Virginia, in accordance with attached specifications. CONTRACT LINE ITEM NUMBERS 0001 ARRA - Purchase and Install Shower House North Bend Park, Area A, to replace Building 1 John H. Kerr Reservoir Boydton, VA 23917 Install a Six-Pack Unisex Single-User Restrooms with three Outdoor Showers, approximately 21ft by 25 ft building. Start September 8, 2009, completion on or before December 8, 2009. 0002 ARRA - Purchase and Install Shower House North Bend Park, Area C, to replace Building 2 John H. Kerr Reservoir Boydton, VA 23917 Install a Six-Pack Unisex Single-User Restrooms with Showers and attached Multi-User Men/Women Restroom, approximately 25ft by 54ft building. Start September 8, 2009, completion on or before December 8, 2009. 0003 ARRA - Purchase and Install Shower House North Bend Park, Area B, to replace Building 3 John H.
