- The Rock Island Contracting Center is conducting a market survey to SOLELY identify HUBZone Firms with the requisite knowledge and skills for an upcoming requirement. The Public Affairs Office at Headquarters, US Army Sustainment Command (ASC) at the Rock Island Arsenal in Rock Island, IL has a need for the acquisition of information products. Examples of such products and services include: researching, acquiring imagery, scripting, editing and producing the command video; producing mini-CDs; labels and folders for video CDs; information folders; brochures; booklets; reports; displays and exhibits. These products are aimed at informing diverse audiences on Army Sustainment Commands role in Homeland Defense, Humanitarian Aid and Combat Service Support to the Warfighter. This will be ongoing, multi-faceted and sometimes urgent efforts that require frequent and unpredictable updates. Hub Zone firms are asked to provide the following information in their capability submissions: (1) Business Size (2) A listing of all active GSA or other contracts you hold that relate to this requirement (3) Outline experiences answering the following questions: a) What is your experience with providing informational products to DOD/Federal agencies? b) Does your firm employ individuals in the Quad City area that are able to meet with the Public Affairs Office immediately when urgent requirements become necessary? To assist us in maintaining a list of interested HUBZone for this potential procurement, please provide your companys name, point of contact (POC), address, phone number, and business size under the above NAICS code to the POC for this procurement Kathleen Ward. A Time and Material, 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract is contemplated.
