Description
Scope of Work for base and 4 year contract for monitoring and repair of the Radionics Alarm System for Buffalo District THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. The provisions of this contract will be performed in accordance with the pertinent components of the Corps of Engineers Unified Facilities Guide Specifications - Sections 13720A "Electronic Security Systems" and 13721A "Small Intrusion Detection Systems". A. The Contractor shall provide 24 hour monitoring of a Radionics alarm system for the Buffalo District Corps of Engineers. The Contractor must be within the local calling area, so that long distance telephone charges will not be incurred by the Buffalo District. If the Contractor is outside of the local calling area, the long distance telephone charges must be born by the Contractor. System monitoring will consist of Buildings 1 through 5 inclusive and the Lockwall. The Monitoring Contractor shall provide immediate response to all alarms. B The Contractor shall provide repair services for the Radionics alarm and ReadyKey access control systems within the next half day (the next half day is defined as: If a service call is placed in the morning, then the service is performed that afternoon; if the service call is placed in the afternoon, then the service is performed the next morning). C. Allowance for Parts The Contractor shall provide programming services and software assistance for the Radionics alarm and ReadyKey access control systems PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED SCOPE OF WORK. SITE VISIT WILL BE MONDAY JULY 13TH AT 10AM RESPONSES ARE DUE BACK BY 7/16/09.
