- The, National Logistics Support Center, Kansas City, Mo., intends to award a renewal purchase order for Oracle 10G Licenses and Support required for the 4.0 Consolidated Logistics System (CLS). Salient Characteristics for brand name: Oracle 1-Database Enterprise Edition-Processor Perpetural CSI P/N 15901740 (3 Full Use Licenses), 1- Internet Application Server Enterprise Edition-Processor Peterpetual CSI P/N 15901740 (2 Full Use Licenses), 1 Oracle Datbase Enterprise Edition-Processsor Perpetual CSI P/N 15901740 (6 Full Use Licenses)All open market items shall be stated.Delivery is 3 days after the receipt of the order. Justification for Brand Name: The Software Support Contract currently in use at the National Logistics Support Center (NLSC) is from Oracle Corporation, who is the licensor of the existing software products and provider of the support service, which include provision of upgrades of the software products.This requirement will provide maintenance and support of the current Oracle licenses owned by the NLSC on SUN / Solaris systems that operates the Consolidated Logistics System (CLS). Interested parties must respond within (7) calendar days after publication of this notice. The Eastern Region Administrative Division (ERAD), requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). No award can be made unless the vendor is registered in CCR. For additional information and to register in CCR please access the following website: http://www.ccr.gov/. In order to register with the CCR offerors must have a Dun & Bradstreet Number. A Dun & Bradstreet number may be acquired free of charge by contacting Dun & Bradstreet on-line at https://www.dnb.com/product/eupdate/requestOptions.html or by phone at (800) 333-0505. The government now requires all contractors submit their Certification and Representation thru the on-line Business Partner Network (BPN). The BPN is the single source for vendor data for the federal government. Contractors should go on-line at www.bpn.gov.
