- Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to remove Oleander along Bonnins Avenue and Santa Rosa Boulevard. Nine playgrounds in military family housing shall be planted with trees and shrubs. Standard commercial landscaping practices will be adhered to when accomplishing the required work to ensure the work is done in a manner that maintains the professional appearance of the exterior landscaping. This acquisition is set aside 100% for small business concerns.
