- Description
- The project name is "New Boiler Flues" for Federal Building & USCH, 222 W. 7th Ave, Anchorage, AK. The Work of this contract consists of, but is not limited to, the general construction for replacement of boiler flue and other related work as described within the solicitation documents. Work intales the removal of the existing boiler flue from the roof of the building and installing new boiler flue. This solicitaiton is set aside for small business. Time is a factor due to weather conditions. All work must be completed before the snow season begins. The usual time frame for this is early to mid October. Bid Bond will not be required, however Performance and Payment Bonds will be. In order to be awarded a Government Contract, vendor must be registered in the Centralized Contractor Registry ( www.ccr.gov ) and have completed the Online Representations and Certifications ( www.orca.gov ). Due to time constraints, all responding vendors must be registered at time they submit their proposal response to the solicitation. HSPD-12 Clearance requirements are applicable for work in or on Federal Government propoerty. It is critical that the awardee be aware that these security requirements must be completed as quickly as possible after award due to time constraints for performance of the contract.
