- The Kern National Wildlife Refuge 10811 Corcoran Rd, Delano, CA 93215 has a requirement for Excavatorwith Operator to remove salt ceder trees from wetland units. The service anticipates the solicitation on or about July 15, 2009. Project magnitude is between $25,000. - 100,000. This will be a best value" procurement with award to be based on past performance, experience and price.
