- This file contains all Technical Exhibits referenced in the solicitation. NAS Pensacola Port Operations and Vessel Management - Solicitation General: The services to be furnished under this contract include operation of multiple watercraft, boats, and related maintenance services, port operations, and waterfront administration in support of the operational and training missions of tenants assigned to Naval Air Station Pensacola (NASP); enhancing the readiness of the Department of Defense and other customers. The Contractor shall be responsible for the operation and maintenance of various watercraft and equipment and shall provide port operations services. The Contractor shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective completion of all services described. Training and operational support include the following missions: 1. USAF Post-Egress Water-Survival Training Operations 2. Helicopter Landing Trainer (HLT) Operations 3. Other Training 4. Port Services (including Ship Arrival/Departures, Oil/Fuel Spill Response, Fueling Operations Support, and others) 5.
