Description
This project is for the completion of design documents and construction, or manufacture and installation, of a single story office building. The new building will be 4,500 to 5,000 square feet of office space to support approximately 21 administration employees, the clinical business office, Healthy Heart program office, public health nurses, and storage space at the Yakama Clinic in Toppenish, Washington. The new building will have sustainability features, energy efficiency applications, and utilize commissioning. There are pre-existing water/sewer utilities, power and parking spaces at the site; site development will be minimal. LEED certification will not be required. The estimated price range for all labor and materials necessary to complete this project is between $500,000 and $1 Million. NAICS code is 236220. Size standard is $33.5 Million. Schedule of the project is planned to be ten (10) months; with final completion by winter of 2010. This is a Hubzone Competitive procurement limited to Hubzone small businesses. Proposals will be evaluated using a 2 Step – Sealed bid process. This is a pre-solicitation notice, not a request for proposals. Firms submitting acceptable technical proposals as part of Step 1 will be given the opportunity to submit a bid. Bids received in Step 2 will be reviewed by the Government for the lowest price. Interested offerors must be registered at Central Contractor Registration (online at www.ccr.gov), be a registered Hubzone small business, and have construction experience with projects of similar scope, size, and dollar value.
