- This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis is as follows. A separate written solicitation M67400-09-T-0229 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on 9 July 2009. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-33 and defense acquisition circular DCN 20090155. DPAS Rating is DO-C9E. The North American Industrial Classification System codes are 238290 and the business size standard is not applicable. This procurement constitutes CLIN 0001 through CLIN 0041. Required Items and Descriptions are as follows. CLIN 0001 through 0041Various Kitchen Equipment The Government may make single or multiple award(s) to the responsible offer(s) which is/are the most advantageous to the Government on the basis of a best value evaluation process. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted proposal. The solicitation (Request for Quotation), when it is released it will be available electronically at the following web sites https://www.neco.navy.mil and/or http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ under solicitation M67400-09-T-0229. The solicitation also will be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed. Offers can be mailed, faxed, or e-mailed to the Contracting Office, U.S. Marine Corps RCO, MCB CAMP S. D.
