- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Army Reserve Contracting Center-East intends to solicit and award the acquisition of School Bus Services for Ft Dix Department of Defense (DoD) Dependents, Fort Dix, New Jersey. The work consists of furnishing all labor, material, equipment, and all supervision necessary to provide transportation to the local schools for installation dependents. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 485410 School and Employee Bus Transportation. The size standard is $7.0 million. The proposed action is for Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This is an unrestricted acquisition. The solicitation will be posted on or about 03 August 2009 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-34. The performance work statement will include details of required work elements. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Internet site, www.ccr.gov, under the appropriate small business category and NAICS and with Online Representation and Certification Application (ORCA) https://orca.bpn.gov/.
