- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number W911RZ-09-T-0257, in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-27 effective on April 17, 2009. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The full text of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS) can be accessed on the Internet at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 561730 and the business size standard is $7.0 million. The proposed acquisition is reserved 100% for Small Businesses. See attached for further details. Site visit is scheduled for 13 July 2009 10:00am MST.
