- Request for Proposal No. N1271090125. This solicitation as well as any issued amendments will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov website on or about July 27, 2009. A PAPER SOLICITATION PACKAGE WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Telephone, fax or email requests for this solicitation will not be accepted. The contract is to rodent proof a historic office building owned by the National Park Service located at 1100 Old Santa Fe Trail, Santa Fe, New Mexico. Work consists of cleaning and decontaminating soils lab of rodent waste, covering all exterior roof drains with hardware cloth, providing and installing reproduction wood screen doors, and adding and/or replacing weather stripping on all exterior doors. Interested contractors must have previous experience working on historic buildings. This solicitation is 100% HUBZone set-aside. Award will be on a fixed price basis and will awarded to the contractor whose past performance and price are the best value to the Government. The NAICS code is 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors. Estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Only hard copy proposal documents will be accepted for this solicitation (no faxed or electronic quote documents will be accepted).
