- Lake Odessa Habitat Rehabilitation and Enhancement Project, Stage IB, Upper Mississippi River System Environmental Management Program, Port Louisa National Wildlife Refuge (Louisa Division), and Lake Odessa State Wildlife Management Area, Louisa County, Iowa The work includes, but is not limited to, modification of perimeter levee design grade to allow for uniform overtopping, removal of unsatisfactory existing levee material, enhancing the existing levee section with impervious materials, granular surfacing, and seeding. Impervious materials for levee enhancement shall be contractor furnished layered construction placement. PLACES OF PERFORMANCE Wapello, IA COMPLETION: 360 Calendar Days after Notice to Proceed. The estimated price range of the project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. The NAICS Code for this project is 237990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $33.5 MILLION. This project is Total HUB-Zone Set Aside. The solicitation documents will be posted to www.fbo.gov on or about July, 13 2009. ACCESS TO THE INSTALLATION CANNOT BE GUARANTEED. _Offerors are cautioned that due to the heightened security measures being taken on Rock Island Arsenal, access for proposal delivery will take significantly more time.
