- Description
- Solicitation The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a five year Blanket Purchase Agreement for hotel support and reservation services. The scope of the BPA is to provide local hotel services within the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area for conferences, meetings, seminars, and training sessions for the mainly for the United States Trade Representatives (USTR) conferences, but service requirements may be expanded for use by other EOP Components. Hotels shall provide all personnel, equipment and materials necessary to provide services as required that may include: meeting room rental, light refreshments and non-alcoholic beverages, and audio/visual (A/V) equipment rental. Awards will be made to CCR Registered/Active vendors only.
