- Critical Infrastructure Protection and Security (CIPS) Personnel Tracking System (PTS): Design, Develop, Test, and Implement a Personnel Tracking System for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) located in Washington, DC. The Period of Performance shall begin at date of award and continue through an end date proposed by the offeror. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about July 23, 2009 with a tentative closing date of September 8, 2009 at 12:00 pm EST. The anticipated award date will be November 30, 2009. This procurement is being issued as a Full and Open Competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541519. All responsible business sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered if received prior to the closing deadline.
