Description: Whiteman AFB is currently expanding our search for vendors who perform utility marking for underground utilities. Preferrably we are interested in companies that will accept government credit card as a form of payment and capability to interface with Missouri ONECALL. Whiteman AFB may be interested in setting up a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with any company or individual with the ability and demonstrated experience to mark utilities on the base.
