- Description
- To supply Riverside Indian School with canned good products for the 2009-2010 school year beginning August 12, 2009 through May 31, 2010. Contractor will provide unit price, based on estimated quantity to be ordered during the school year. This will be awarded as a one year IDIQ contract with no option years and only one IDIQ will be awarded for this requirement. Parties interested in submitting a proposal, may request a solicitation package by emailing Margie.Wahkinney@bia.gov or by calling (405) 247-1575. Offers must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. (CST) on Monday, August 3, 2009. Offers may be emailed, faxed or submitted by regular mail. This is being solicited as full and open competition, but as cited under Section 7(b) of the Public Law 93-638 (25 U.S.C. 450E) and 41 CFR 14-1.354, preference opportunities in employment and training should be given to Indian/Alaskan individuals and that preference in the award of subcontracts be given to Indian/Alaskan economic enterprises.
