- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9124P-PMOCONF92009 is being issued as request for quotation. However, the Government intends to procure a sole source basis to provide meeting space for 125 people, 214 classrooms tables, 756 chairs, refreshments, audio visual equipment, 50 booths, technicians and Security. It has been determined that the Von Braun Center is the only source that can meet the Government requirement.
