- NOTICE: RFQ set-aside for Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The work of this contract consists of preparation, patching & painting of the Historic Mobil Station exterior and exterior features of the property. Providing all supplies, material equipment and labor. The Historic Mobil Station is made up of stucco walls and wood framed entrances on the North, East, and West sides of the building. This project will also consist of preparing stucco, wood, metal, & concrete exterior surfaces for new paint. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the price range for this contract is between $2,500 and $25,000. NAICS Code for this project is 238320, Business Size is $14.0 Million. The site is open to the public and maybe viewed at any time. The Solicitation and attachments will be posted on electronic commerce on or about July 9, 2009 at the following website: http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Project will require Payment Bond or alternative payment protection. Offerors wishing to receive electronic notification of changes will need to register to receive notification of this specific solicitation at http://ideasec.nbc.gov.
