- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on a competitive basis, various types of antennas and Engineering, Technical and Repair support services in accordance with the NAWCWD Statement of Work, NAWCWD Technical Requirement Documents (TRDs) and Drawing packages. The antenna types to be procured are as follows: Terrain Bounce Type II antenna, Xpol BQM-74, Xpol BQM-34S, Xpol DLQ-9, Xpol ALQ-167, Right hand and Left hand Low Gain circularly polarized antenna, Right Hand and Left hand High Gain Circularly Polarized antenna, Low Gain Vertically polarized antenna, Right hand and Left hand slant linear antenna, Right hand and Left hand I-Band Wide beam tactical circularly polarized antenna, Antenna Pedestal rotator, TM Blade Antenna S-Band, Intake Scoop/GPS Antenna assembly, J-Band Type I, I-Band Type II, E/F Band Short Horn antenna, Type IV terrain bounce antenna, E/F Band Helix antenna, and an I-Band dual input BQM-74 wing tip antenna. All TRDs and drawings will be posted with the solicitation. The antennas are integrated with other countermeasures or emitter modules to complete required system configurations. These antennas are installed in systems that are used to evaluate U.S. weapons systems and train Fleet operators. Pricing of the antennas shall be on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) basis and pricing for the Engineering, Technical and Repair support services shall be on a Time and Materials (T&M) basis. Contract award may be made on a First Article Required or First Article Waived basis for these items. The government reserves the right to waive First Article for antennas that have been previously delivered by an offeror and accepted by the Government within the last two years. A minimum of 1 unit will be ordered at contract award, and a maximum of 7,050 units total of the various antenna types may be ordered over the five-year period of performance. Delivery of all units shall be FOB Destination to Naval Air Station, Point Mugu, CA beginning no later than 180 days after the effective date of the delivery order at a rate no less than 5 units per month.
