- NSN 7320-01-186-9578, Food Waste Disposal. The sole source vendor is American Delphi/Fab-Wright. This solicitation is being issued as unrestricted, FOB, Inspection and Acceptance points will be at destination. The quantity requested is 130. The requested quantity will be split as follows: Line 1 will be for a quantity of 100 (Delivery Location: New Cumberland, PA) and Line 2 will be for a quantity of 30 (Delivery Location: Tracy, CA). Offers will be evaluated on a low price technically acceptable basis. Technical Acceptability is determined by whether or not the vendor takes exception to the requirements of the solicitation.
