- ALGER COUNTY, MICHIGAN The work of this contract will complete restoration activitiew on four historic structures at the Au Sable Light Station. Interior and exterior restoration work will be performed (1) HS-14, brick privy; (2) HS-15 brick privy; (3) HS-16 fog signal building; and (4) HS-17, boat house. Repairs will include etal and wood shingle replacement, tuck pointing, metal repairs to wood elements and architectural trim, and preparation and repaingint metal and woood components. HARD COPY OF THIS IFB WILL NOT BE ISSUED. All files are available for download in ADOBE ACROBAT PDF format from INTERNET URL http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Magnitude of project: $100,000.00 to $150,000.00.
